Looks good on the surface and it will pass inspection, but good luck after that. Within the 3.5 years of owning this house, I've had to spend an additional $20,000 to fix issues that were not disclosed, results of poor workmanship, or they were simply dishonest about: standing water and lack of french drain, lack of GRASS due to no top soil being brought in in favor of packed red clay mud filled with nails, glass, etc., all caulking around bathrooms and kitchen cracked open within a month moving in, bathtub is not level, imp... read more

Really hard to write a review because we were told one thing and then something completely different is happening. This has happened on more than one occasion. Once everything is said and done, I will write an appropriate review.
Quality is above and beyond !! Top materials and all the little touches are great
