I had the worst experience with the Orth home people. Specifically a man named Jordan who is one of the owners of the Orth Guardian home builder. After going under contract for a brand new build in middle of November 2020, I went to their showroom on December 8th 2020. I spent 3 hours that day with the principal and 2 of their employees. I selected my home finishes out of their catalogs staying within budget the entire time. Buyer Beware! We have had problems with our AC since we first moved in 2.5 years ago. The company who Orth had do the install (Newman's) and who our warranty is through has dodged us from the beginning insisting there is nothing wrong with the system, yet every summer when it gets hot it freezes over. We got tired of dealing with them and called another company who told us it looks like someone on their first day of trade school installed it and that they have seen better jobs done on singlewide trailors!
