I had the worst experience with the Orth home people. Specifically a man named Jordan who is one of the owners of the Orth Guardian home builder. After going under contract for a brand new build in middle of November 2020, I went to their showroom on December 8th 2020. I spent 3 hours that day with the principal and 2 of their employees. I selected my home finishes out of their catalogs staying within budget the entire time.
