Been with Ortex for 30 years and I feel totally protected. The techs are always lovely and thorough. I've never felt unsafe. But the jewel on the crown is Misty, their scheduler. Sometimes schedules need to change and never once has she been anything but sweet, kind, and always professional! She never makes me feel like I'm causing problems. Nate was phenomenal! Super knowledgeable and went above and beyond, cleaning up old webs and spots our last guy missed. You can tell he really cares about doing a thorough job. I highly recommend Ortex for their professionalism and for helping keep our home clean and bug-free. 😊
