Staff is very helpful. They have plenty of seating. Not many outlets to charge your phone as u wait. They have 4 waiting areas for suite 3200 A, B, C, D.
The staff is absolutely wonderful! So caring and patient. They transport me to and from entrance in the wheelchair. Everything they do is with such care and the pleasant demeanor is appreciated. I feel safe at a scary time in my life.
The care that this facility has given my mother in law is nothing less than great. Dr. Jay and his team are great. He has called me himself about her multiple times. Wendy the financial advisor is nothing less than amazing and has done so much to be a buffer and to help us get through paperwork that has needed taken care of, even when it has been extremely stressful! Everyone at this center has been 100% professional with a side of cheer to them. During scary times, that is so important. Thanks guys!
I had a very bad experience with this facility. Very disorganized staff, each one calling me with conflict information leaving me and my family in more pain than necessary. If you can choose, go to another place. You will be healthier physically and mentally and save money with unnecessary procedures
