I've had challenges with scheduling and some misses as a result. I look forward to my appointments though. Dr. Kelly demonstrates care and has been great about empowering me to understand treatment options and find the optimal treatment for me.
I was in the middle of a phone screening for a job at this place today. There was very little enthusiasm in the meeting room. We are speaking and then I asked" What is the average number of call center reps do you hire annually? Suddenly, I am kicked out of the room and here I am still waiting to get in. Goodness gracious, may God help you with whatever issues you are going through because it sounds like no one is excited to do their jobs nor answer questions.
Overpaid them $120. Not only has it taken months for them to acknowledge it, when they said they would refund, they took ANOTHER $120 from our account. The worst experience I have had with any professional organization. Update: They finally refunded me the overcharge and overpayment which is good but it never should have taken this long (and I shouldn't have had to jump through 100 hoops to get my money back) - they really need to get better systems in place to fix issues quickly. I would avoid.

Also contacting the state medial authority about this organization.
I called yesterday and did my necessary yearly assessment for my insurance. After I was done, I got another call asking about the assessment, so I called back and a kind woman said it was already done and that I was all set. She even took down my number so I would not continue to get calls and was very respectful. Then today, I got a call again asking me about the insurance assessment and I, again, let them know I finished it.
