Ortega's people were helpful, very friendly and efficient. We had an engine check light go on traveling from CA to Missouri. Turned out we needed an oil change(pulling our travel trailer through 7500 ft mountains) they used good oil and enough of it. Removed the engine light. They were the friendliest and most helpful people we have met on our trip.
Thank God for this business. They found us on the side of interstate 40 as we were just broken down, with a broken leaf spring on our toy hauler. Not only did they help us get to town, they went out of their way to find us a leaf spring. If I could give them 10 stars I would. If it wasn't for them and a kind truck driver, I don't know where we would be. They even made sure all our tires are good to head on our way.
Got stranded on high way. They mentioned my thermostat was not working so I paid for that $180 then when I went to the shop they said it wasn't the thermostat it was actually my engine.... I felt played by them trying to hustle a women. Towed it back to town to find out my engine is perfectly fine. The women on the phone the receptionist is absolutely rude and disgusting. This place is great. Even though they ultimately weren't able to do the repairs on our vehicle, they helped us with getting our vehicle towed to Albuquerque to be fixed. Ana was fantastic in helping us problem solve the best way to get everything done and and navigated the questions we had with AAA towing. Absolutely wonderful people.
My mother was recently traveling alone with a trailer and two horses and broke down near the shop. George and his crew were absolutely phenomenal! Not only did they fix her trailer axle issues, but they also ensured the horses were penned and watered, while providing electrical hookup to the trailer living quarters and ensuring my mother was comfortable while multi-day repairs were made.
