This is a terrible place to rent or buy from. Management is almost never in the office and they are not good about returning calls. Their maintenance person has threatened bodily harm to people who do not have his same opinion that this is a happy place to live. I brought this to managements attention but no action was taken.
I live here and am very satisfied with the professionalism with Rebecca and Bill and the rest of the staff. the places are clean. the community is quiet. Since i have been here i have seen a number of improvements. The pool is clean the laundry room is redone. and the wait for maintenance is minimal. i would recommend this place to any one with a family or even alone. this is a good place to call home.
