The crew were very hard-working, listened to our specific concerns about our new furnace/AC install, and worked hard to retro-fit the new system to our existing setup as much as they could!
Cortez was very professional and courteous during the installation of water heater. He completed most of the work himself, but had to get assistance in lifting heater into an outside closet. It was such a relief to have hot water again. The alarm attached to water heater was triggered when batteries I had given him were low and Cortez returned within an hour to check out and replace batteries. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
Had the most horrible experience with this company… our water heater went out yesterday, we usually go to hessingers but they weren’t available till today and we didn’t want to wait… the guy came, and told us we needed to get a gas valve replacement, didn’t check anything or even look to see if it could be anything else…but he couldn’t find one anywhere told us if we found one it would cost about $550 for them to install it with no warranty… (keep in mind gas valve would have cost us $200, found it right away online) and $38... read more
Kevin was amazing. Gave us a good estimate quote and stuck to it. Of course, time will tell if the replacement was good - but the customer service (from both Kevin and all the people who we spoke with on the phone), the timeliness, and the willingness to explain and answer all our concerns was a nice change from those who roll their eyes and act like they're a god among the mortals. Took a little longer than expected, but appreciate the thorough work.
