Mr Ortega was supposed to fabricate and install my kitchen quartz countertop. On the template day he was adamant that standard 1 1/2 inch overhang from cabinet box, minus 3/4 inch cabinet door, and minus 1/4 inch silicone cabinet bumper leaves 3/4 inch overhang from closed cabinet doors. When I tried to correct his math that it is 1/2 inch and not 3/4 inch he got offended and walked out on the job that was booked two weeks in advance leaving me stranded.
