I find the negative reviews very strange. In my personal opinion about Mr. Ortega's service, these reviews are false. I've been taking my Chevy Avalanche to this place for six years, and Mr. Ortega has never scammed us; he's always left the car in perfect condition and always lets my husband test drive it before picking out from his shop. This guy is not professional at all and He is very aggressive for money. He was fixing my car A.C and he told me come back tomorrow after I drop off the car and he kept the car for 5 days and I had to get uber to and from work and He wouldn t do nothing about that and he had me change several parts one after another and at the end , the Ac was not fixed right and works on and off. I strongly do not recommend this mechanic. Dishonest, Incompetent and greedy.
