In my experience and opinion Ortega Animal Care Center this veterinary, boarding and grooming services establishment does not offer quality veterinary or grooming services and offer little customer service. Additionally, they do not care about your pets or you, have an attitude and are dishonest. 1) We brought our dog in and they could not diagnose without running a lot of expensive tests. They routinely want to run many expensive tests. We took dog to another vet and he diagnosed immediately without all the tests. We took ... read more
I was referred to this Center and I live just down the st. I brought my lil Long Hair Chihuahua in for an exam and they found that she has a double ear infection. They prescribed her ear drops and she's doing much better. I now have my other dog coming in for her exam this Sat. Nice facility, great staff and the Dr. is very gentle!
