I understand Ortale Kelley’s position and recognize that they are essentially the intermediary representing the HOA. I accept that they can only do so much within the direction and authority of their client. Updated after the business response. ⏳ Still waiting for answers and resolution. I understand Ortale Kelley Law Firm does not perform repairs or maintenance. However, they represent Ghertner & Co., and their role in communicating and addressing homeowner concerns makes their response and follow-through part of the overall experience. For over two years, I have documented ongoing issues through emails, photos, and work orders. Terrible company, I have been calling for past 5 days because they sent me a letter asking for payment on something, I emailed twice and no response. When I did get through to someone they had no idea what was going on and were completely incompetent. You would think with the amount of money they are demanding from people, they could at least answer the phone or respond to an email when people are trying to pay them. unbelievable really.
