First of all the plumber they sent to my house dropped and stepped on my sons ps5 controller and broke it on top of that he went in my room and wasn’t suppose to and moved my bed and didn’t put it back he moved the memorial for my wife’s dad that’s in my living room and dropped some of the things that’s on it and didn’t fix it and the guy at the company that answers the phone was completely rude and refuses to make the driver pay for my sons controller his exact words were “maybe he should put his controller up” when my son ... read more
I don’t know if I just didn’t stress the urgency of the issue, or if there was some other miscommunication, but I called Good Friday after trying to solve the problem on my own. We’ve been without water for over a week now. After an encouraging phone call and being told we’d hear first thing Monday, I texted the number as instructed with no acknowledgement.
