This guy answers the phone in a rude manner and thats about the only experience I've had with him because after 2 appointments he has failed to show or call both times. After the first missed appointment I called and rescheduled, he acted like he had no idea what happened and said he would be at my house Saturday at 9am. Guess what... no show and no call once again. Now its pouring and my house is flooding because of this guy's irresponsibility. Why even have a business if you cant be bothered to show?
I cannot recommend these guys to anyone. Their craftsmanship was acceptable, but their personnel were deplorable. The on-site workers that I dealt with were unhelpful and somewhat rude. When we had problems with the gutters a few months after installation, they repeatedly failed to show up for appointments that I set for them to look at it for repairs. I finally told them that I'd be submitting a complaint to the BBB (of which they are members) if they didn't show up within one week. The warranty was almost up, and I didn't ... read more
