I had a great experience having this company come out to "fix" a lack of power to several rooms of my house after my husband installed a smart switch and we were unable to diagnose the issue ourselves. They were able to schedule later in the same week I contacted them, my technician was on time, offered to remove boots to not track snow/ice/dirt though the house, he was able to take care of the issue quickly and efficiently, and they got back to me promptly on a quote for future work that wasn't as immediately pressing. Our contractor used Russ Orson Electrical for our remodeling project. His prices were competitive, but his work did not follow the project design and was less than quality. He installed new receptacles/outlets crooked, all our new glass-globe light fixtures were installed without wearing gloves (so they were covered in dirty finger prints), he installed the wrong style of switches, and the wiring was not done according so specification. Ignore and gas lights customers! Russ has competitive prices, and working with him know the quote was easy. That was the only good I can attribute to his work. When it came to the work they didn't do anything that was outline know the quote. I had contacted them multiple times stating that my unit need a specific amperage installed. They quoted me at the high amp that I needed but installed a lower amp. I had to contact them multiple times because the unit would not even turn on. They ignored me. Russ does incredible work and offers very competitive prices. He doesn't take shortcuts, and offers results. Can't say enough good things about his work!
