If I could leave a zero, I would. This place is such a joke!! Lies upon lies and saying that they will follow up and call you back and never hear from them.... I've waited over 2 weeks so far for my medication refill only to be jerked around still with no solution. Unfortunately for me, they are 1 of 2 pharmacies that carry the medication I need. Meanwhile I suffer and get no where after talking to a minimum of 20 people so far.
I've used with a few Specialty Pharmacies over the last few years. The Orsini team has been one of the best.
They work well with you and always polite and professional
This pharmacy was incredibly frustrating to deal with. I spoke with at least six different staff members, and each gave me conflicting information. They were completely unhelpful in obtaining the special medication my daughter needed for her surgery. Instead of assisting, they expected me to handle their job myself—which I did—just to ensure my daughter could finally have the surgery she had been waiting over three months for. I sincerely hope I never have to rely on this pharmacy again.
Worst pharmacy. They don't care about getting the medication to the patients.
