Horrible Customer Service, Just spoke with rep Trina, who needed permission from my mother's Dr. To speak to me. I am her POA! What does the Dr.'s permission have to do with it? I have never heard of such. I'm just trying to get my mom's meds shipped.
Ask too much personal information to get an prescription that my doctor sent to them , just give me my dam medicine
This company is a joke. Customer service is beyond horrible. Unfortunately they are a specialty pharmacy and they have to provide my medication but they are HORRIBLE to deal with! They don't ship medications on time, they don't return calls. They are the absolute worse! If you need medications try to work with other pharmacies first. If you work with Orsini you will regret it, I promise!
Words cannot express my sincere gratitude for Orsini Pharmacy; earlier this year, Orsini began supplying my daughter's life sustaining treatment. I admit I was worried; supply and delivery problems happen sometimes and I was very fearful their care would be interrupted.
