I recently starting getting my medication from Orsini and have been so happy with their support. At first, my insurance company denied coverage but Orsini worked with my doctor to get an appeal approved. Since starting treatment, their care team has always made sure I had everything I need and call me to schedule my refills before I run out of meds. It makes me so relieved to know Orsini is watching out for me. Thank you!!
Orsini Pharmacy has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I’ve waited weeks for a refill of my life-saving medication, with no resolution for the second time. The billing department never answers calls or returns messages from patients or insurance providers. They say they’ll follow up, but I never hear back. Since Orsini is the only pharmacy that carries this medication, their lack of communication has caused serious stress and put my health at risk.
If I could leave a zero, I would. This place is such a joke!! Lies upon lies and saying that they will follow up and call you back and never hear from them.... I've waited over 2 weeks so far for my medication refill only to be jerked around still with no solution. Unfortunately for me, they are 1 of 2 pharmacies that carry the medication I need. Meanwhile I suffer and get no where after talking to a minimum of 20 people so far.
