This place definitely sends medications to the wrong patients. VERY EXPENSIVE MEDICATIONS , might I ad, and when I called about it , they where afraid I had opened it. But I had not. I am in special drug that every month I have to jump through hoops to get. They always have an excuse if some paperwork they dont have. I have been told the day is to be delivered and I have to sign for it and it doesn't show up. We recently partnered with Orsini and had a fantastic experience with their team. It was obvious that they care about patients and that their space is centered on patient care. Highly recommend them!
Very rude and disrespectful service never told me why my insurance was denied. Had me sitting around waiting and on top of that had the nerve to hang up in my face. They act as if they don’t appreciate the job. You won’t be getting my service anymore. Martini is so rude and disrespectful.
