Scott Orsini should never be trusted with any legal matter that is important to you personally. From the beginning he was impossible to communicate with, distant and uncaring, and ignored important details that were essential to our case going well. All he cared about was going to court and getting more money. He completely failed to do his job in front of the judge and now things are so much worse than before we called him. Calling him a bad lawyer would be an understatement. Do not hire this man.
What a generous waste of time Orsini makes his own desitions for what he want's the outcome to be and he has no time for you. It's a lack of communication and he says pay me more money my name is Bill German. GET A GOOD LAWYER

Avoid if you value honest and attentive counsel. Very vague and will leave you asking more questions (which he will bill you for). Will not update you on case for weeks or send correspondence on how things are progressing. You have to go hunting for this information, and if you ask, he will charge you. Hired, then fired 3 months later. Used up the entire originally quoted retainer before even submitting the basic financial paperwork on my behalf for divorce.
