Since starting the process to purchase to now, we have been met with nothing but roadblocks and incomplete requests that then take up more time and money to complete. Specifically, when trying to get through the alterations processes, we found their initial requests and forms to be incomplete. Just AWFUL. So sorry I have to deal with them. They’re greedy, unreasonable and tyrannical. They charge ridiculous fees just because they can. I warn everyone to avoid them whenever possible.
In my experience Ben Shuman and his team are direct and good. There buildings in the Uws seem well maintained
