We just finished a long renovation on our apartment. The process could have been terrible, but the patience and professionalism of Alba of Orsid made it run smoothly. I am grateful to both Alba and the Orsid team for all of their support, their quick responses, and experience to get the job done smoothly and faster than expected!
I live in one of the buildings managed by Orsid. It seems like at times they’re being difficult, but the reality is they double check everything and verifies it’s down by the book. I worked with Alba, the alterations coordinator and she was a great help! She helped make sure I had all the right documents and pushed everything forward.
