I would recommend Orser electrical we have been using them for years for our three warehouses every time we call Shawn, he's fast to get us booked in and his guys are on time

As a long term resident of Orillia, I have seen Orser Electric grow into the company they are today. I am not sure about them anymore. As of today, I have called 3 separate times to ask for a quote. Each time they reply,” I don’t know why he is not calling you back?” What kind of management lets this happen to their business? Very poor. I would not recommend this company based on my recent personal experiences
I booked and paid for a service which was fine but was due a credit (confirmed by the installer) for a part not needed. The company has ghosted me and not replied to a single message despite copying several contacts and repeat emails.
Went in to see if they could do a water leak repair on a DAB Mini box pump. The person I spoke to was absolutely not interested in my business. Just kept quoting me labour, labour, labour to disassemble and then labour to look at it then labour to fix it... Obviously he did not want to do it or even try. I just left disappointed after this place was recommended to me.
