Must be family on here. Made a deal for job finished after sale in escrow. I already had the soil samples and approved plan through health dept so just a 2 or 3 day job.Was told I had to put more in escrow than the bid. Then they raised their bid to meet the more than. Called Gunter excavating and they were less than original. Buyer beware
