My 4th grade athlete has really enjoyed his time at ORS Performance Training! He is working to keep up with his growing body by focusing on agility and coordination. He is always excited to go and work out with Nick and Bryce and they keep the program interesting by adding in a lot of variety. He gets a ton of individual attention during his sessions as well. ORS Performance Training is incredible- as someone who was looking to cross train for winter months and build strength, I’m getting everything I wanted. My 9 year old started a month ago and this has been such a great experience as he has gained a ton of confidence. Nick made it super easy to sign up and get him comfortable here. His also loves his coach Teddy and actually looks forward to coming here. He has only been coming once a week and he is looking forward to coming twice a week now that soccer season is done.
