Have used ORS for years. Transactions have always been smooth and prices as quoted. Have even asked if they would install parts headlights, handles and the like which I supplied and they have quoted a price, scheduled an install and followed thru. I have checked around for quotes and ORS has afforded the best pricing. You may hear gripping from different folks but I have NONE. Someone had smashed into my Nissan Maxima in a parking lot, demolishing the passenger side rear. I thought for sure it would take two to three thousand dollars to fix it. But to my pleasant surprise, ORS gave me an estimate that was well below that number. I knew I had picked the right body shop from the minute I walked into their office. I took my car to ORS Auto Body and Collision after I had an accident to have repairs done and when I got it back the interior of my car was filthy. What kind of place gives your car back to you dirtier than when it was brought in? I am very disappointed with their work ethics. They hardly ever answer the phone and the man that works at the desk usually that is supposed to answer the phone as well is a dishonest idiot.
