LOVE LOVE LOVE THE STAFF AND FACILITY I am going to have to STRONGLY disagree with joannew.... the orrville pet spa was VERY clean and all of the staff was extremely friendly and knew exactly what they were talking about! they gave me so much information i didn't even have any other questions.. they really do a fantastic job at letting you know how they run their business and you can tell they are TRUE DOG PEOPLE! Never again No one seemed to know what they were doing. They all acted childlike and were to busy playing around. Very Expensive. My two dogs would of been better off any other place then here!

Are you kidding me? For the love of DOGS!!!!! We have been taking our animals to the Spa for four years. We have found everyone involved with the care of our animal family to be kind, caring, knowledgable, professional and above all else responsible. We would not go anywhere else! In the four years we've been using the Spa, we have always been pleased and very satisfied with every aspect of their care!!!

Love the Orrville Pet Spa & Resort The Orrville Pet Spa & Resort is the best facility around to take your pet. Whether you are boarding or taking advantage of Doggie Daycare, this is the place to go. I have been taking my dog to daycare since they opened, he is now 13 and still goes everyday! He loves the kind staff, that feeds him lunch by hand and makes a big fuss over him when he arrives in the morning. I won't take my dogs anywhere else! The Orrville Pet Spa is the only place I can trust! After a bad experience at another boarding facility, I was scared to leave my dogs again. I went and took a tour of the Orrville Pet Spa and couldn't believe how clean it was there. While I was there, they were doing what they call TLC's. This really caught my eye to know they spend individual attention to the animals. I've been going there for a month or so now and am very pleased. Agree with Doglover I know my Dog would of had better care at the dog pound. Highly Priced. Unworthy, Uncaring Staff. Never again.

Total Disappointed High Priced. My Dog was not taken care of as promised. No one seem to know what they were doing.
