The absolute WORST!!
My experience with Vanessa was disappointing. She told me that the account number I had on my paper bill was incorrect, and did not understand that I was trying to pay the entire bill. What could have been a 5 minute phone call was 20 minutes. If there was another utility company that serviced my area, I would be patronizing them.
The people are great always friendly and helpful. Their automated system to report outages is horrible! I called about 7 times it would ask "Do you know your account number if so press one" I press one and it transferred me to another line that said "all the customer service representatives are busy at this time please try to call again later. I tried using the automated system to report an outage and the same thing happened. I called the Orrville repair line got a very nice gentleman that was kind enough to help me. They ne... read more
I paid a bill a few days late, i had no idea what the late fee would amount to, but I figured I would see it tacked on to my next bill, no biggie. Nope. I got a freaking DISCONNECTION notice. Over $27.35. Seriously? From a customer who has been on the books for 20 yrs now. Absolutely unreal and uncalled for. Update your practices.
