Horrible bank. With horrible customer service, stay away, they do not respect their customers financial privacy.

I wish I could give negative stars. It took me a month to get my savings and checking closed. Once it was closed, I was relieved. That was in December and January. I just visited the branch to get a few statements, and I found out they never closed my checking account. That cannot be legal.

After exercising by running in town I stopped by to grab some change. The front desk was polite and stopped me as I entered the door but was unfortunately unable to help me due to my non-member status. I asked about opening an account and was referred to a higher up. The higher up came out from the back room confrontational and aggressive. I was told in no uncertain terms that I am unable to open an account and that I was not welcome in the bank.
