Go in to get added to wife's account. Woman inside was irritated we were there, could barely understand her, give her a check to deposit and she doesn't tell us it's going to take til Monday for the funds to be available. Would've been nice to know that before depositing the check. Got an email to vote for these guys for best bank 😂 if I didn’t need a bank just for a place to send my paycheck and pay things I wouldn’t even use this place! They’re so unhelpful and never understanding.. every time I’ve had an issue the bank is rite and your wrong and you always need to do the work for them… the fact they schedule all their people to do things with accounts on weekdays and don’t have them work alternating saturdays is crazy when you think about how most peoples work schedules are.
Updating to a 4 star from a 1 star: Had to go back today (1 week after original visit with review) and the 2 gentleman that helped me were extremely pleasant and even conversational. They were quick to assist everyone in line and seemed to be helping each other out. Helped me quick and efficiently. They went above and beyond by offering to fix another issue that they had noticed with my account.
