Very dishonest and disgusting. I overheard another customer saying that staff made inappropriate, unprofessional comments about a female customer they were supposed to be helping. Won’t be back.
I came in expecting basic competence and left realizing that’s asking too much here. I was quoted a 45-minute tire job. It took over 2 hours with zero updates. When I finally got the car back, one of the "new" tires was visibly low on air. I returned immediately and instead of inspecting the issue, they blamed me and sent me on my way. No accountability. These folks are GREAT!!! Helped us out in a 2 flat situation!!! Super professional!!!
I showed up with a flat tire. 30 minutes and $50 later I was back on the road with a tread matched used tire and our spare back in its place. My family even ate their lunch in the SUV while it was being done.
Very friendly and helpful with a quick tire repair.
