I took my Toyota "work" truck in to have it looked at before the COVID struck. It was just to have an eval on its carburator. It sat there for over a week and NEVER was looked at ! I spoke to a lady on the phone, and she assured me that it was being taken care of. Again I Spoke to her and same story. Spoke to her a third time, and this time SHE called me at work. Orr's has gotten me out of a vehicle bind more times than I can count. I've had work done ranging from oil changes to accident repair, and have always left feeling grateful and pleased. Incredible customer service and affordable prices. Would highly recommend.
