Dr Snyder is a great doctor and I would recommend him to anyone. His staff however leaves somethin to be desired.... Especially the lady who answers the phone, she needs a lesson in polite communication with people. We called on a Thursday and idk if they work the same days every week but she was so rude there was another lady we spoke to who was super sweet
Had laser prostate surgery. I was getting in bad shape. Dr Snider told me exactly what he was going to do and what to expect. Everything turned out just as he said it would. It’s been a year now. What a relief this has been.
Dr Snyder initally came across as a caring doctor; explaining processes. All of that quickly changed when he performed surgery and didn't have the time to come out and talk to me. Two lithotripsy resulted in absolutely NO change in my kidney stones. Appt. was set to discuss next step, I arrived at the appt. a few minutes late and was kicked out of the office and told I would have to reschedule the appt. Now this is an appt that was set up by Dr Snyders office because HE didn't want to wait the usual 4 weeks between surgeries... read more
Very caring, professional, and thorough dr.. my son had to have emergency surgery and couldn’t have asked for a better urologist!
