Specifically asked not to see Yamilaidy H. due to her making it a painful and rough exam last year. I also asked at the front desk to assure it wasn’t the same provider as I was booked to see Cory Mateu. My reminder appointment also stated Cory Mateu in email. But again I was seen by Yamilaidy H. after being re assured it wouldn’t be her. At that point the appointment was already paid for and I was already in my gown left with no other options. Son incompetentes, y las personas que están al frente muy arrogantes. Según ellos ya me podía retirar y cuando salí me alcanzaron porque se les olvidó pesar,checar presión y medir. Eso se hace al inicio es lo primero.
Soy una paciente muy satisfecha con la atención me da en mis consultas de ginecólogia con una doctora profesional y excelente más todo su equipo esta Doctora Cory Mateu muy cariñosa con sus pacientes dedicada y maravillosa cada consulta para mi y para mi hija una maravillosa atención médica.
