Sam is hands-down one of the best service advisors I’ve ever worked with. He genuinely goes above and beyond for his customers and you can tell he truly cares about getting the best possible outcome every single time. He communicates clearly, follows up without being asked, and puts in the extra effort to make sure everything is handled the right way. It’s rare to find someone who works this hard to look out for their customers, and Sam is exactly that person. Highly recommend asking for him—he’ll take great care of you.
Nice people. Quick oil and filter change. They forgot to wash my car tho but its okey, I was in a hurry anyway.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Far from home visiting a recent solar eclipse east of Ft Smith - our car broke down. The Orr service dept were awesome at helping us get a "tow" to the garage and got us on our way as quickly as possible. They were very helpful with communication and timely updates. We had great customer service even though we were from out of town. Good people!
