Nice people. Quick oil and filter change. They forgot to wash my car tho but its okey, I was in a hurry anyway.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Far from home visiting a recent solar eclipse east of Ft Smith - our car broke down. The Orr service dept were awesome at helping us get a "tow" to the garage and got us on our way as quickly as possible. They were very helpful with communication and timely updates. We had great customer service even though we were from out of town. Good people!
The service guys are great. But still to this day my bluetooth doesn't work right. Constantly drops calls and just stops working. It's an Armada and the bluetooth has never worked. Had them work on it twice. Still no change. I use the same phone on my work truck and have zero problems. Frustrating just understand if the Bluetooth is a problem they can't fix it! Great on oil changes and those things.
