I had my oil changed here Saturday, discovered a whoops on Sunday and we called them Monday morning. When I use the term "went above and beyond to make it right" does not cover the amazing service I received. I just hope the service team knows how much we appreciate them and thank you guys again!
At orr nissan I got my oil changed .and drove up and Allen came out to help me and I was in and out quick thank you Allen you're the best .and all of the other staff to .you're all so professional.

Yall, Krissy was amazing. She helped me out every step of the way. She knew her stuff and was so kind about it all. Had my oil changed and my tires rotated by the champs at orr nissan east. Will definitely go back!
