Could not have had a worse experience all around with this company. Bought a brand new Kia Carnival Prestige. Promised the screens would do all sorts of things. They do not. Do not waste your money on that package. Then after about 5k miles it started to shake when you drive it. I took it in multiple times and could never "feel it", which is ridiculous as anyone who was in the car or driving it could.
