If I could give 0 stars I would !!!! Nothing but problems from the service department. I can give all the praise in the world to the sales team because they are great but the service department is AWFUL ! They say they check everything in your vehicle and they don’t ! Since we purchased my 2025 Kia from them we have taken it to be serviced ( oil changed and tires rotated ) regularly. Every time there has been an issue. Low pressure tire light wouldn't go off on my Kia Soul to get in they took care of it pretty quickly so happy about that and they went ahead and did the multi-point inspection because I told them I was going on a long trip and they checked it all no problems in and out pretty quickly got to love it
