I was satisfied with my service. Amanda is to be complimented on how well she multitask to get things done. On the day that I was there, it was a very busy morning, but she handled everything well and professionally. Customer Service was great.
My car radio randomly would turn off every 9 minutes, which I found to be very frustrating, as I love music! In addition, recently a huge rock nailed my windshield. ORR Infiniti took care of both issues! Great customer service! Thank you, Amanda and Ashleigh for your professional and prompt service. It is very much appreciated!

Not even a year with qx80, so many problems, poor customer service and now somebody rear ends it at dealership and it’s in body shop for 4 days and no one bothers to update on status as to when can I have it back. Very frustrating
