Knowledgeable, friendly staff and the only negative comment is that they are super busy.
Took a couple days for a call back due to them being busy so I had to look elsewhere but they did get in touch and seem great.
Had a heating emergency. My call was responded to immediately and problem with boiler resolved within the hour. Can't ask for more than that.
