I don't even want to give 1 star but I have to. Awful customer service, from even the long standing employees. The owner - USELESS. The staff - UNEDUCATED ON THEIR OWN POLICIES. Their "management team" absolutely hateful and inhumane towards customers. Their online information, including that on their website AND google - FALSE.
