Terrible service! Didn't come look at dishwasher for 1 week after he said he would. Had to call and remind him. Came a couple days later, and stayed here for 10 mins, but didn't know where problem was. Told me to run the dishwasher, find out where it's leaking, and call him to let him know. He would then order the part. Called 30 mins after he left, told him where it was leaking. He told me he would order the part and install on the following Monday or Tuesday.
