Highly recommend this shop!! We love supporting local and were out of town having trouble with our rental car, and this place fixed us right up! The owners are so sweet too. Highly recommend for any of your car needs!
Not saying they aren't friendly, but my wife was charged for a full price alignment on her subaru when they told her they were only able to do half of the vehicle. Something along the lines of the way the vehicle is made they are only able to do half the job. Not sure exaclty what their reasoning was to her. Why are we paying full price for a half finished job? Spoke with techs at a Subaru dealership and they said that isn't true. We tried to stay local and support local business, but its not our fault if they have the tools... read more
Couldn’t be more satisfied with the folks at Orr Alignment. I brought my truck in Friday for a tire swap and alignment. Upon discovery, it was found that my upper ball joints needed replacement prior to the alignment. They stayed late in order to get me safely road again for extended travels I had that weekend. I appreciate the hard work and honesty. You will see future business from my family!
