My daughters hair has not been the same since her appt in April where extreme heat was used, and she was given an adult layered haircut. My wife tried to handle this in private but the owner Yanise refused the certified letter. It is highly unfair that Yanise gave this lady below permission to do my 12yr Old daughters hair when we made an appointment with Yanise! We are left with a complete disaster! my hair is severely damaged and thinned out. the last time i straightened my hair was october done by the head stylist. he wasn’t available at the time i went back and had another lady do my hair. she was less experienced and he had to guide her to a point where it felt like we were just experimenting on my head. i’m very disappointed in how my hair is holding up now especially because i don’t usually use heat in my hair. i won’t be going back, you should save your money.
