You give them money up front and they don’t refund you back at all especially when u get there and they refuse to do your hair because their so busy very unprofessional I never got my refund back even after they didn’t do anything to my hair the guy cancelled it and said I would get refunded and never got my money back at all be careful with being scammed.

UNPROFESSIONAL VERY RUDE DAMAGES PEOPLE HAIRS!
My appointment was pushed back by an hour and a half with two hours notice. I got there and he was not ready I had to wait 15 minutes. No discounts were given barely an apology. He took a break to eat and talk on the phone. After service was done (which took six hours) he had me pay over PayPal. Then got mad I didn't choose friends and family to get to his money faster.
