My appointment was okay. The consultant rushed my appointment as always, but the nurses were friendly.
Week ago had eye appointment took hour to get to hospital when checked in and waited we were told appointment was cancelled and was turned away. No phone or text to tell us. Now here a week later and waiting as usual. Already a hour . Terrible service. STILL WAITING
Brought my elderly dad to eye clinic today. Breathtakingly efficient service from friendly professional staff. Can’t thank the ophthalmology department enough x
