orpheus i have had the opportunity of seeing performances and sitting in on rehearsals with the orpheus orchestra and have been very impressed everytime. the orchestra plays without a conductor and keeps the personel very small. the rehearsals are held much like a chamber rehearsal with everyone being involved and a very high level of communication. because of this, the concerts have an incredible energy which you can hear and see among the players. superb group.
