Beautifully renovated downtown historic theatre. Great for movies, concerts, plays. Only negative are the horribly uncomfortable seats. Otherwise 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
I’m a huge fan of the Orpheum. Not only do they bring renowned shows to Memphis, but they are a leader in bridging the gap between Memphis and arts accessibility. I worked at the Orpheum for a summer job and all of the effort put into the programs blew me away. They truly provide for their employees and customers and actively work towards inclusivity and accessibility. I highly recommend checking out the many programs offered throughout the year if you or your children are even slightly interested in the arts.
The staff are always so pleasant and helpful.
Great renovated gem of Memphis- not to be missed
I loved my experience at the Orpheum when we saw Hamilton a couple of weeks ago. The building is incredible. I also love that they had two people, one outside and one inside, to help take group photos in front of the backdrops. This was the safe thing to do since it would have been really congested if the crowd wasn’t moving. It was also a smart promotional action since many thousands of photos were posted on social media.
