Beautiful venue, great variety of shows each season. Each visit is a special ocassion.
I support the Orpheum's decision to choose the content that best aligns with its mission and purpose. If I want to watch GWTW or any of the thousands of other movies the Orpheum isn't showing, I'll just do it at home. Because literally nothing is stopping me from watching it if I want to.
I have loved every show I have attended at the Orpheum. Everyone there is so professional and helpful. I love the ushers - they are amazing. The quality of programming at the Orpheum is fantastic. I look forward to the announcement of the plays every year. Thank you to all the staff and volunteers - you are appreciated!

The Orpheum has always been a lovely place to see a show and was a pioneer in downtown revitalization.
I am SO disappointed in the Orpheum theatre Memphis and the decision to pull the classic Gone with the Wind! Shame on you for falling into this media racsism garbage !!! I can't even begin to tell you how many shows you've had there that I FIND offensive (pippin to be one of them with the cage sex scene implications and many MANY other awful scenes) with which I do not agree with BUT ... if I don't want to see if then I don't pay my money to come and see it - it's as simple as that!
