i have a large home with a lot of ceramic tile and some carpeted areas, so i wanted a deep clean that would really refresh everything. oroz carpet & rug cleaning inspected the tile and grout and explained that the buildup could be removed with professional hot steam extraction and detailed grout cleaning. the price was very fair, and i expected solid results, but the outcome was even better than i imagined. the tile looked incredibly clean, the grout lines were bright again, and the whole floor had a fresh, restored appearan... read more

This was my first time using a carpet cleaning service, and it will definitely be my go-to from now on. David was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job deep cleaning my carpets. One bedroom has wall-to-wall carpet with a stain that had been there for quite a while, and he was able to lift it and save the carpet. He also did a great job treating pet urine in my area rugs and fully deodorizing them, leaving everything fresh and clean. I would gladly recommend this service to anyone who needs professional carpet clea... read more

Tyrone was our carpet cleaning technician today with Oroz Carpet & Rug Cleaning, and it was a real pleasure to have someone so knowledgeable, respectful, flexible, and hardworking in our home. We have a busy household with pets, foot traffic, and ongoing home projects, so the carpets really needed a deep cleaning, and tyrone was very understanding from start to finish. We also have a very large house, so this was a big carpet cleaning job, but he handled each room with care and attention. tyrone did a phenomenal job removing... read more

They were able to fit me in the same day in Livermore, which was a huge help. What stood out most was the easy scheduling, clear communication, and how prompt they were from start to finish. The technician, David, was polite, professional, and worked carefully through each room. The carpet cleaning result... read more

Wow, this was our second time using this carpet and upholstery cleaning service, and once again Max did an amazing job. With 4 dogs and 3 cats in the house, our carpets had plenty of pet odor, tracked-in dirt, and heavy wear, but he came fully prepared with the right equipment and cleaning process to handle it. He clearly knows carpet care and stain treatment very well. Before starting, Max took the time to explain the cleaning steps, what results to expect, and how he would work on the problem areas. He was very thorough, c... read more
