In 2017, Orow Home Improvement removed our aluminum siding and replaced it with vinyl (also ensuring the house was properly sealed/insulated). They also replaced half of our windows for more energy efficient windows and converted one of the patio doors into a window. They were excellant to work with and Bob has a no-nonsense attitude. He will follow up on his work and keeps his promises. Bob recently contacted us to make sure we were still satisfied. This is what prompted my review, this many years later.
Bob is a transparent professional with fair pricing and a no-nonsense approach. Would recommend to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.
When we looked for a contractor we wanted durable, good looking materials at a reasonable price. Bob and everyone at Orow Home Improvement were very professional. He helped us with a great design. He replaced siding, shutters, and gutters on our house. Our neighbors love the house as much as we do. Bob ALWAYS responded to our calls and texts right away. We LOVE the results!
It's rare to find someone who likes and is good at what they do and genuinely wants to do the best job possible. Bob Orow and his team are definitely the exception to the rule and actually care about the people to whom they are providing products and services. My husband and I are very thankful.
