Is such a wonderful place to live
this is a really nice Shady mobile home park with a beautiful big blue pool this pool is a wow! Park is located close to the main shopping centers in Oroville and I also like it that it does accommodate Travel trailers! plus it is very close to Riverbend Park which is a beautiful Park Lots of walking trails near by. Can hop onto Hwy 70 to easily go to Chico or South to Sacramento Traffic Noise is not a problem
