I tried to call and schedule an appointment. The woman answering the phone picked it up laughing and talking to someone else in the background. I started to say what I was calling about and she continued to laugh like she was physically playing with someone. She responded with “what” and said continued to laugh at whatever was going on in the background. It sounded like I was calling a pizza parlor with a bunch of teenage friends messing with each other. Concerning considering it’s a medical office.

Was a pleasant first time experience. I felt heard and was assigned a regimen that is working.

I have been waiting for the results of a scan for a lump on my calf for 5 months! I've called twice, been told that a note had been left for the doctor both times. Dermatologist is seldom on time, up to 45 minutes late. I also had a small skin cancer surgically removed by the surgeon who was referred to me by the dermatologist. Surgeon INSISTED I see another group of doctors, unrelated to dermatology, and when I asked why she thought I needed to see them after 20+ years since my last need for that specialty, her response was... read more

Staff are very friendly and the providers are wonderful.
