We are a group of friends that started CrossFit in 2008. It has become a way of life for each of us individually and for our families. Our goal is to bring the things we believe so strongly in about CrossFit to more people in our community. In addition to daily WOD's we offer advanced classes for the competitive CrossFit athlete, Olympic Weightlifting, and mobility clinics. I was intimated for a long time about the idea of crossfit, I just started and everyone I have meet has been very encouraging and welcoming, no matter what level you are starting at crossfit is for you commit an hour to yourself and your health, everyday I go I feel good and the workout is never the same
This place is great, the coaches are all amazing and they push you to do your best and not try to compete with each other. It's the best kind of atmosphere for a workout and we do something different everyday. I love coming here and the price is well worth it. I recommend the unlimited if you like working out more than twice a week.
