I have never been treated SO poorly by a medical professional in my life! I was verbally attacked via phone call, by Mary, the RN in this office. I had called in regards to extreme back pain, for my husband, to be rudely greeted with a condescending attitude and extremely snarky remarks, when I was only trying to seek help from our medical professionals.
